You know what I love about community college students? They write things like this:
"Gertrude is a character that seems to have stupidity written on her forehead. As a mother, she can't understand why Hamlet is so mad. She also can't realize that the new man she is married to plans to kill her son."

In class, the stus will say "W. T. F." if they don't understand what's on the board. It's hilarious.

Haha. Gertrude is a terribly un-insightful (uh, oblivious!) person at the beginning of the play. This student might appreciate TS Elliot's complaints about her not being a good enough character to bother with.
Unicorn, I like that you're laughing "at" them rather than with them. ;) And I like the way you used LOL as a present tense verb.
Fie, We're doing Eliot ("Prufrock") on Monday, so maybe I'll mention it to her!
