Evidence

OMG. Clearly, my mother is an overachiever. She has posted photos with her homework. Amazingly, in those photos, her hair is even larger than mine. But that was only my junior year of high school. You should have seen my hair freshman year of college--1987 baby. The year of Poison's Look What the Cat Dragged In. Uh-huh. Yep. What was I thinking?

CT, The opportunity was too great. I had to dig out the photos! I wish I could find a shot of GEW's really big hair.

To answer Ink's question (in comments on the last post), my hair was easy to do. With my perm and a little teasing and a little Aqua Steel--Voila! I had no problems getting the 80s hair. I even won "best hair" my senior year of high school (it's was longer than in the cheerleading picture).

But I struggled in the late 70s, early 80s, when the flat, feathered hair was in. I could not do even flat feathers. I spent hours trying to get the two sides of my hair to be symmetrical. Couldn't make it happen. But the giant glam rock hair? You betcha. No prob.

I think I may just have you beat. I'll scan and send the picture later today (umm, for YOUR eyes only).

And jc? You know you have some doozies yourself :)

Witch, actually I don't. I lost everything in my fire. One of my relatives sent me pics from when I was in grade school, but it's like having an out of body experience. I don't exist before a few years ago. I can see the pictures in my mind, I know what was in my scrap books, the places I've been, but it's like it never happened.
